Commissioning of electro-hydraulic hitch and auxiliary valves for tractors

This training course provides knowledge about the setup and function of the Rexroth Software EHC40 in tractor applications. The control of electromechanical and CAN controlled hitch valves and CAN controlled auxiliary valves will be learned at the tractor directly. Self-guided practical exercises reinforce learning content.

Participants must bring suitable protective clothing to the training course (safety shoes, work clothing).

• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and BODAS-service 4.x
• RT06-019 BODAS Controller
• Good technical understanding of working hydraulics for tractors

• Learning to know the electronic hitch control
• Flashing and parameterizing RC/40 controllers with EHC40 ASrun
• Overview about the application software EHC40 and its functions
• CAN SAE J1939 communication of EHC40
• Practical work at the tractor
• Measuring and validating data at the vehicle
• Best practices sharing

Being able to proof the correct function of the software directly at the machine and adjusting the parameters to achieve a proper operation of the hydraulic hitch according to the customer wish.
