This practical training offers you an introduction to continuous control valve technology. You will work out commissioning and methodical troubleshooting processes at test stands as part of a small group.

• Introduction to continuous control valve technology
• Component technology (directional, pressure and flow control valves) with handling, operating behavior and configuring
• Control units with continuous directional control valves
• Analog and digital control electronics in theory and in practice
• Practical test setup according to circuit diagrams worked out on the hydraulic training system
• Note on sources of interference, troubleshooting and commissioning
• Testing options
• Introduction to servo valve technology

• Understanding and being able to apply the functionality and design of continuous control valves as well as their electronic controllers
• Recognizing simple functional sequences
• Realization of specified functional sequences
• Creating the basis for later completion of RT04-002 and/or RT04-007 training courses
