Electronic drive control AGD-EN-A

You will be introduced to the Adaptive Ground Drive (AGD) electrohydraulic travel drive software and gain practical experience with the components and application software. By using BODAS-service a drive control solution will be configured.

In practice, the parameterization of a working machine is discussed, and troubleshooting is executed. 

Participants must bring suitable protective clothing to the training course (safety shoes, work clothing).

Completion of the training RT06-005 BODAS-service 4.x or comparable knowledge

• Presentation of the hydraulic components used
• Performance limits, ENTRY and PREMIUM functions
• Introduction to functional safety 
• Transferring the parameters file to a control unit
• Adapting parameters to the vehicle
• Troubleshooting on the working machine

• Knowing the functions of the hydraulic and electronic components
• Being able to create a parameter file on the PC, establish a connection to a vehicle and transferring a parameter file using a service notebook
• Knowing how the operating features of a working machine can be configured and being able to output error messages
