Electronified open circuit - eOC pump control

You will be introduced to the eOC electro-hydraulic system and gain practical experience with the components and application software. By using BODAS-service a drive control solution will be configured. You will test your configuration in a simulation model. After creating a parameter file, it is uploaded to a control unit and the interaction between the application software and the hydraulic pump is tested and optimized on our hydraulic test bench.

• Completion of the course Electronics in Mobile Applications and CAN Basics training course or comparable knowledge

• Introduction to suitable pumps in an open circuit
• Delta analysis of hydromechanical / electronic control concepts
• Introduction to the application software ASrun and the required sensors
• Introduction to BODAS service and Vector CANalyzer
• Testing the system on the hydraulic test bench

• Knowing the functions of the hydraulic and electronic components
• Create a parameter file on the PC, establish a connection to a control unit using a maintenance notebook and be able to transfer a parameter file
• Understand how the control concept affects the vehicle strategy and learn to read and interpret fault messages
