Electronified open circuit - eOC pump control

The eOC electro-hydraulic system will be introduced to you, and you will gain practical experience with the components and application software. By using BODAS-service a drive control solution will be configured. You will test your configuration in a simulation model. After creating a parameter file, it is uploaded to a control unit and the interaction between the application software. The hydraulic pump is tested and optimized on our training system eThunder and on a mobile excavator.

• Introduction to suitable pumps in an open circuit
• Delta analysis of hydromechanical / electronic control concepts
• Introduction to the application software ASrun and the required sensors
• Introduction to BODAS service and Vector CANalyzer
• Testing the system on our training system eThunder and on a mobile excavator

• Knowing the functions of the hydraulic and electronic components
• Being able to create a parameter file on the laptop, establish a connection to a control unit and transfer a parameter file
• Understanding how the control concept affects the vehicle strategy and learn to read and interpret fault messages
