Maintaining and servicing the MTX system with Sercos II and Sercos III-EN-A

This practical training course gives you an understanding of the topics necessary for the maintenance and service of the entire MTX CNC system. Both first and second generation controls will be discussed.

• Knowledge from RT02-202, RT02-506, RT02-301 training courses or comparable knowledge

• Relationships between HMI/CNC/PLC and drives
• Operating the standard user interface
• MTX directory structure
• Sercos drive interface (diagnostics)
• IndraDrive (diagnostics, backing up data)
• IndraWorks engineering (archiving and restoring projects,
• machine parameters, PLC, logbooks)
• Securing the hard drive
• Oscilloscope

• Knowing how to service the MTX-system
• Being able to conduct targeted troubleshooting
