Commissioning and project planning of the MTX CNC system with Sercos III-EN-A

The training course provides you with an overview of the second generation of the MTX CNC system (with Sercos III). The interaction between the various components (NC, PLC, HMI and drives) will be extensively discussed.

• Knowledge from "IndraDrive with Multi-Ethernet-interface, "Programming with IndraWorks/IndraLogic 2G"  training courses or comparable knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Windows

• Overview of hardware and software components
• Relationships between HMI/CNC/PLC and drives
• Operating the standard user interface
• Basics of CNC programming
• MTX directory structure (data organization)
• CNC/PLC interface
• Sercos interface (start-up phases, Sercos files)
• IndraDrive (diagnostics, backing up data)
• IndraWorks engineering
• Motion (machine parameters, PLC, interface configuration, IndraDrive, HMI screens, F, OP, M panels, logbooks)
• Archiving and restoring projects

• Being able to extend and modify an existing project
• Knowing how to configure and start up the MTX CNC system
• Being able to back up and restore data
