"Experience" mobile hydraulics-EN-S

In this intensive practical training, you will learn about suitable components for various applications through intensive product training (design, function and technical special features). Take this opportunity to operate and work on various machines. By testing, measuring and adjusting, you will find the best settings for the machine and recognize and correct any errors in the system.

Participants must bring suitable protective clothing to the training course (safety shoes, work clothing).

Completion of RT06-039, RT06-041 training courses or comparable knowledge

• Function and design of systems and components for load-dependent and load-compensated systems with practical layout (DS, LS, LUDV)
• Calibration on selected construction machines (open and closed-loop circuit)
• Measurements on equipment, analysis and evaluation of recorded measurements
• Identification and correction of errors

• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic control systems in mobile hydraulics
• Recognition of the types of hydraulic control systems used in construction vehicles and analysis of the hydraulic systems
• Acquisition of detailed knowledge of the structure and function of the hydraulic components used
• Carrying out of measurements and evaluating them, recognising measurement errors
• Optimisation of hydraulic systems with regard to power consumption and controllability
