Function and design of A10 and A1 axial piston units-EN-S

This training course provides an overview of the medium-pressure units A1VO, A10VO, A10VSO, A10VZO, A10VM and their typical controllers.
You will practice disassembly and assembly in theory and practice. You will also carry out calibration on a selected unit.

The following training courses take place in the same training week: RT06-031, RT06-032.

Participants must bring suitable protective clothing to the training course (safety shoes, work clothing).

• Open-loop circuit A1VO, A10V(S)O and motors
• Controller types DR, DRG, DFR1, DFLR, LAx, ED and EP
• Disassembly and assembly of an A1VO and an A10VSO
• Calibration of a DFR1 controller

• Gaining knowledge about the mechanical and hydraulic structure as well as the function and options for using medium-pressure axial piston units
• Understanding the components and function of a simple hydraulic system
• Troubleshooting in a hydraulic system
