Controls and components in closed circuits-EN-S

This training course combines typical applications of closed circuits (travel drives and winch drives) with the products of Bosch Rexroth.
Gain a better understanding of these systems in theory and practice.

Participants must bring suitable protective clothing to the training course (safety shoes, work clothing).

Completion of RT06-033 training course or comparable knowledge

• Design and function of hydrostatic drive systems (A4VG...DA; A6VM…DA/HA) and hydrostatic winch drives (A4VG…EP/HD; A6VM…EP/HD)
• Observation of the travel drives based on the following examples: 1+0, 1+1 Shift on Fly, 2+1
• Practical exercises: Assembly, disassembly and calibration on the units
• Practice-related commissioning and troubleshooting

• Getting familiar with hydrostatic travel and winch drives
• Getting to know the components, the design and the function
• Remedying simple malfunctions
• Using the components and controllers safely
