Programming of RC Controller series 40 in CODESYS-EN-S

In this training course, you will learn how to develop the applications software and the service app for the Rexroth controllers of the 40 series. You will also learn how they can be flashed onto the control units.

• Experience in CODESYS programming
• Knowledge in mobile control units, sensors, embedded software, embedded software tools, CAN bus technology, J1939 and UDS protocol.
• Access to the web-based tool, the tool chain installed on the PC of the user, RC40 including cabling

• Knowing and defining inputs, outputs, communication channels and tasks by means of the web-based easyConfig tools
• Programming with BODAS Basis Software (BSW) using given templates and examples
• Practical work on a training setup
• Creation of a project-specific diagnosis interface for BODAS-service 4.x with the BODAS-service
  editor
• Work with BODAS-service 4.x in software development (software flashing, diagnosis and calibration)

• Being able to configure project-specific basic software
• Being able to program an application software including flashing on Rexroth controllers
• Knowing how to configure a project-specific service app which is loaded to BODAS-service
