"Experience" mobile hydraulics-EN-S

In this intensive practical training, you will learn about suitable components for various applications through intensive product training (design, function and technical special features). Take this opportunity to operate and work on various machines. By testing, measuring and adjusting, you will find the best settings for the machine and recognize and correct any errors in the system.

Participants must bring suitable protective clothing to the training course (safety shoes, work clothing).

Completion of RT06-039, RT06-041 training courses or comparable knowledge

• Function and design of systems and components for load-dependent and load-compensated systems with practical layout (DS, LS, LUDV)
• Calibration on selected construction machines (open and closed-loop circuit)
• Measurements on equipment, analysis and evaluation of recorded measurements
• Identification and correction of errors

• Application-based selection of the suitable components for drive and work hydraulics, with derivation from the examples of wheel loaders and mobile excavators.
• Detailed knowledge of components, such as characteristic curves, limits of use, setting options
• Being able to carry out measurements incl. evaluation and detection of incorrect measurements
• Knowing how to optimize hydraulic systems based on performance, power distribution and controllability
